On Monday I noticed that I could not make outgoing calls and some incoming calls were ringing while others went straight to voice mail, I contacted tech support and the one who responded put me through the usual drill, reboot device etc. After several emails back and forth along that line I checked the voip.ms website and found that it was a general outage, however the tech that I was dealing with obviously did not know that and kept telling me all sorts of nonsense. I have since asked him to escalate to a manager because I realized he doesn't know what he's doing.

We are aware of an issue preventing outbound calls to conect and returning an "All circuits are busy" message or congestion errors.
