I am a member of the Optimum Online monitor group since I switched back to OOL a few weeks ago but am getting this message in the email

Last week when Hally said there was an issue after returning to FiOS from OOL, I kicked him from the group, then re-invited him.

I just invited him again. Maybe that will fix it now?

You need to be logged into the site. Then you will see a flashing red envelope at the top.

It's also showing you as unpingable.

Depending on your equipment setup usually you just have to allow it to respond to ping requests.

Never mind I was informed by Optimum Direct tech that it's locked down by firmware and can't be opened.

This is what I was told. When I replied they said sorry for the inconvenience and closed the ticket. At least you can pass this along if anyone else is looking for help.

Thank you for reaching out to us about your issue. Unfortunately, due to the custom firmware on our D-Link routers, the devices are not currently pingable. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

You may want to post in the D-Link forum (»D-Link) to see if anyone has found a work around to allow the router to be pingable.
