Last week when Hally said there was an issue after returning to FiOS from OOL, I kicked him from the group, then re-invited him.
I just invited him again. Maybe that will fix it now? |

Depending on your equipment setup usually you just have to allow it to respond to ping requests. |

This is what I was told. When I replied they said sorry for the inconvenience and closed the ticket. At least you can pass this along if anyone else is looking for help.

You may want to post in the D-Link forum (» D-Link) to see if anyone has found a work around to allow the router to be pingable. |
