Unbelievable. The rollout of this new update has been a catastrophe. I'm not exaggerating. I've been holding my tongue the whole week hoping they'd get this sorted out but this is the last straw. Have a look at their own forums here..

forum.vmedia.ca/and see what users have been dealing with for the last week. Not only have they not been able to fix the many problems with at least 3 updates since the initial upgrade but the latest still has not solved the problems I and many others have been experiencing since Monday.
Not only that but my last post there detailing my problems was deleted because I had the gall to call the upgrade rubbish.. which was being kind. Other users there have complained about deleted posts.
Also worth a look is the Facebook announcement about the new service.. so many unhappy users it's mind boggling.

www.facebook.com/VMediaTVVMedia: pls consider me an ex subscriber to your IPTV service despite my initial positive experience with your company. It is now obvious you are in way over your collective heads.
Worth mentioning: Less expensive services are not supposed to mean inferior services. We're paying for what we expect to be acceptable products despite the fact you are offering them for somewhat less than others in the marketplace. Successful free market business means you drop the price and offer a similar product to your consumers not a vastly inferior product.
Telling customers that their various routers might need new firmware to work with your new upgrade is not a solution that's going to work or keep them happy. People just want to pay their money and have internet or watch tv or use their phones. Most users won't even know what the heck you're talking about let alone flashing their routers and then having to be prepared to deal with setting up a VPN/PPTP or a DMZ and those things apparently aren't solving the problems anyway.
Good luck. You're really really going to need it.
