[Help] yellowish ScreenI was showing my wife how to adjust the brightness level, with the pulldown toolbar, and the screen went to a yellowish faded out color.
Tried rebooting and still there. Really hate to do a factory reset.
Anybody else ever had this problem? |

I would go into display settings and see if something changed in your settings. |

Finally pulled the battery and it is now bright again.
Did notice while reinstalling the otterbox cover the yellowish tint was coming back intermittently. I truly think there is something not making full contact causing this.
8 months left on the factory warranty, so will keep an eye on it. |

Could the otterbox be putting pressure on the screen? |

The inner cover is real soft with the snap-on part being made of hard plastic.
I took the OB off again and could squeeze the right side cover and cause the yellowish tint to come and go. Took the back off completely and re-seated it with extra care. Hopefully it will stay bright. |
