I thought I had set a passcode to prevent mom and grandma (I pay the bill) from accidentally running up pay per view purchases and I got an e-mail saying I got billed for a pay per view.
How is this possible. They don't have the credentials to call customer service, they dont even want to run up my bill.
what happened when you asked them if they ordered a movie? Did you look at the bill and see what was ordered and when? Should be able to call in and see what box it was ordered from.
