[IA] bad service for a week, now no serviceI am so blinking sick of the international tech support that Mediacom seems to employee. They do nothing but schedulet technicians. They don't even try to fix anything. Services has been poor for over a week now in the Cedar Rapids. Today it stopedal altogether. I thought it was the Cisco cable modem so last Saturday I went to the office and replaced it.
They gave me some sub generic thing from Hitron. Earlier today I called support and the tech did stuff. Yet tonight support couldn't even see the modem of line...I certainly hope one of the techs are online beca use typing this on my phone sucks. |
