I have a business VDSL line 20/2 that came with MS Exchange.
In October CL changed their business package to include MS Office 365.

news.centurylink.com/new ··· -bundlesMS Exchange is supplied via Savis (CL's hosting company), so I contacted Savis asking to replace Exchange with Office365. They told me that I can't have both on the account at the same time, so I asked them to delete the MS exchange and activate Office365.
They just closed the support ticket without doing a single thing. Huh?
The Savis support site is the slowest most unresponsive site I have seen in many years, even worse than CL's own customer support site if you can believe it.
Has anyone else been successful in getting Office365 activated?
