I'm seeing more and more software (not just from the big guys) being released with what appears to be minimal/no testing. I can only think it is due to increased pressure from management to "get it out" due to real/perceived market conditions. I saw this in my own personal career (system/hardware/firmware/software development). We live in a world where development schedules are measured in months. The first thing to be cut is "testing" (I've seen it first hand). That's what users are for nowadays
