Cogeco → Business 20/10

Hello,

We had internet for business installed on Tuesday. At the time the tech installed the modem they were not able to provision it to the 20/10 I ordered so right now I have 40/2. The 10 upload is really what I was wanting with this package I was wondering if it has been fixed on the backend yet to allow the 20/10 to be applied.
