[HSI] Latency on the east coast

Ive noticed since a few nights ago massive latency on netflix and World of Warcraft.

After some researching another person suggest it is the middlemen (ATT etc) that are having the issues.

Anyone mind visiting the below link to the Battlenet forum post to read a few and let me know what they think?

Well it is AT&T, that should be enough to explain things.

The latency in that trace is not unreasonable since its going cross country, but the packet loss could be an issue, which seems to happen in the Cogent Network but without a reverse trace no way to know where exactly the problem is UNLESS it is just ICMP deprioritization, which is hard to tell because you cannot ping the end host, and traces stop before the Blizzard network.
