[ALL] modem activationjust got my SB6141 yesterday and reading the numbers to activate it is hard. They are there and it even has an extra sticker on paper, but the letters and numbers are hard to make out. Any tips? |

Hook it up without activating it and go to the modems web access page and view them there. |

Most modems should have that info listed in 192.168.100.1 If your browser supports it, you can hit control + to enlarge the font. I found it is easier to read off the numbers in groups of 4 so the person on the other end can follow you easier. |

Remember the MAC address is in hexadecimal so the acceptable characters are: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F |
