Done with the cherry picking tax dollar hording landline companies across the country.. Force em all to upgrade their lines to 10mbps starting with the ares not even having broadband options then work their way into the dwellings rather than the standard method of innercity, and almost out to not even rural dwellings and suddenly stop for whatever reason...

If they have taken any tax breaks or subsidies, they should have to either sell off, or catch the infrastructure up.. They have had plenty of time to upgrade or sell their lines by now. It has to stop
