Start.ca → [DSL] Smart RG modem resets once or twice a day

Hey, the modem I purchased from start appears to reset at least once a day randomly. At first I wasn't sure which lights go out and which stay on because it comes back up almost instantly (save for a 2 minute wait for the DSL and Internet lights to go back up) - but I caught a glimpse of it one time and all the modem lights go out for a split second, and the modem starts up again.

Is there any way I can troubleshoot this? Or do I have a faulty modem? I tried different electrical outlets and the modem is well-ventilated so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Thanks.

Are you using the power supply we shipped with it? If so, can you try a different power bar (or directly to wall) - if it's still happening give us a call and we can trouble-shoot, and if needed RMA. Thanks.

Edit: and yes I am using the power supply that came with the modem
