I've used DNS.Watch for awhile in my list of 20 or so DNS Servers in my router for forwarding DNS requests to. Nothing particularly special about them.
I've used TWC IPv6 with non-TWC DNS and didn't have a problem. TWC DNS servers also reply with IPv6 addresses. Where did you "hear" TWC is blocking IPv6 if you don't use their DNS?
Those Level3 DNS servers don't do IPv6 at all. |

I set up a home network for a friend of mine who uses Time Warner. I set up his network with OpenDNS's IPv4 and IPv6 DNS server addresses. His network never queries a Time Warner Cable DNS Server and everything works fine, if not better than leaving everything at default. |

You should return to your IPv6 thread for additional help setting up your equipment for IPv6. It sounds more like you need to get that going before playing with DNS. FWIW, you don't need DNS servers with IPv6 IP addresses, unless your router won't let you set up IPv6 without them. I am doing just fine with my ISP's IPv4 DNS servers: C:\utils\dig>nslookup www.facebook.com
