Google → [Tablet] Open MIME Attachment

When I get a MIME attachment from somebody my S5 phone will
Open it but not my S4 tablet.

When I click on it on the S4 it says no program available to open it.
When I click on it on the S5 it gives me Email or Gmail as the options
to use and I use Email and it opens.
