[DSL] QoS in modem settings

I was doing some looking around in my Frontier 7550 modem/router under the Advanced DSL Configuration, if i'm reading this correctly the QoS would be "Quality of Service"?

The default appears to be UBR. I looked up the terms UBR, CBR, rt-VBR, and nrt-VBR over at wikipedia »en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tr ··· contract

And it seems that CBR would be the best setting as i use my connection for gaming, VOIP, Twitter. So i changed it to CBR

I'm wondering if that's the best/right setting....What does everyone else think?

I don't think you need to touch it for twitter.

Those are line signaling and are usually defined by the DSLAM
