[Speed Issues] Horrible line quality test.

I've been experiencing serious lag spikes and total connection drops for the last week. Before I make a call to have them investigate can anyone tell me what this might be?
Thanks.

Can you post the make and model of modem you're using, its signal levels? Also, are you using a router? If so, what make and model? Are the tests being done over wireless or Ethernet?

The modem is an Arris TM822A and I'm testing wired on a TP Link AC1750 Archer C7 router. Also here are my signal levels from modem.

The downstream power levels are a bit inconsistent and may indicate an issue of some kind. Might be worth having a tech look at.

Ok this is getting very annoying can't do any kind of streaming or gaming due to the intermittent lag spikes. Thanks for your help and quick responses. I'm gonna give Charter a call and see if they have any calls in from my area on this.

Also this wouldn't be a router issue would it? This is a new router I bought a few months ago and just now started having issues.

It wouldn't cause issues with the downstream power levels...
