Cogeco → [INTERNET] Dropped connections

I've been noticing this since about mid-December, which was around the time that the congestion issues were fixed.
Basically, every night between 12:00 and 6:00 AM, I lose internet connection for roughly 20 seconds. It's not long enough to really do any major harm, but it's happening frequently enough to become an annoyance.

Has anyone else been noticing any issues with their internet services? I'm not talking slowdowns, as that tends to be congestion related. I'm talking full loss of connectivity for a short amount of time.

I have the same issue, started around early/mid december and i lose connection to everything for 10-20 seconds. I attributed this to the new arris modem/router that i got when upgrading to tivo, because it only started happening after that, but my dropouts do not happen in the early morning that i'm aware of, mine are mostly between 3-9pm, but happens almost daily at least once.
