Acceptable fresnel incursion on 5ghz backhaul?

Click for full size
I'm seeking out a new 5ghz backhaul site, and am looking at a rooftop that I have LOS to--but LOS is barely above the treetops, and RM shows some significant fresnel incursion from foliage. Am I just asking for problems if I do this shot? The remote end (higher elevation) has been cleared since the landcover data, so no worries there.

I don't trust the landcover data to be accurate and so I modified the heights in the dat file. I would not take that plot to the bank.

On 5.7 Canopy, a single tree that I could still see the tower lights between the branches, dropped the signal 10dB. YMMV

For a backhaul you want zero incursion, because the possibility of many customers being affected is greater. For a single user CPE, the gamble has less dire consequences.

As mentioned, you do not want any.
Foliage is especially dangerous because it changes with season and it grows. You could set up a link and it is solid, yet in the spring time it goes down (and stays down).
