Apparently only Quebec City and Kingston have had their networks entirely replaced, with Peterborough being the 3rd. Is that true?

I thought more city's have been completed.

I thought more city's have been completed.

Peterborough might be the third "major" city but there's all sorts of FTTH being strung in smaller municipalities across Ontario right now.
