after tons of chats and phone calls... Im finally connected.... past two weeks.. I was ready to give up.. a little frustrating and the fact that its so hard to understand and to be understood makes everything so much more complicated... example... they called me to verify my address.. it took half hour cuz it took me 15 to 20 min trying to explain that a PO Box number is NOT an apartment number... anyways, I'll be back with an update after a week of service |

UPDATE... my connection didnt go smooth either... my old provider was to be cancelled on the 31... and CIK told me that their transfer should be on 31 between 1 and 4pm.. I was told to try it later on.. if still nothing wait til morning... well... I still had nothing in the morning... after a few calls and chats... I was told to wait til monday.. I think it was sometime in the afternoon that I finally got connection but after doing a speed test, it was only showing 18M (im payin for 30M) so I send a email about my speeds... honestly, I was surprised to get a call with in couple of hours to diagnose the speed issue... and the next day when I did the test.. it was showing 31:) and quite steady past week 29M+.. im impressed!!
overall... it might take a few extra calls, chats and Emails to get it all up and running but at the end you'll end up with a great service at a great price:) |
