[Speed] Houston TX Meyerland Willowbend Area Dirt Slow Upload Speed

I am in the Meyerland Willowbend area and upload speed is dirt slow again 3rd in 2 months it has been slow it is like Comcast does not seem to care about problems with upload speed. I am currently getting 145k to 175k my max upload speed is 1.3mbs anybody else on the Southwest side on Houston getting dirt slow upload speed. Every Time I talk to a tech online about having slow upload speed they say they see no problems with my upload. WTF I just tested and it is dirt slow SMH online support most on the time is no help.

I have done a rest and power cycle to modem and I talked to online tech support all no help upload speed is still slow. I just go a new comcast modem router combo like a month ago. Speed test shows I get full upload speed but I am not only 2 things causing slow upload speed are line or node box behind my house or it could be this new comcast modem router combo could be a POS.

I have narrowed it down to new modem router is a POS or the line node box behind my house. I have already had a tech out like 6 to 8 months ago to check what was causing slow upload speed and everything was ok.

I have come to the conclusion that Comcast is throttling my upload speed. Nothing seem to increase upload tech came out and found nothing that would be caus slow upload speed. I have a new modem router combo and can see that I am running a small file server. Here are the reason I think upload speed is being throttled \

I am running a small file server
1 to 5 other people in my area running servers
Comcast voice makes upload dirt slow

It is weird though on a few sites I can get close to full upload 90% of sites max at 225kbps to 375kbps

AFAIK, that is in violation of the Comcast ToS for residential service. Although I have my doubts, it would not be out of line for Comcast to act to mitigate any adverse effects of that violation.

Since you won't provide the requested data, I can't exactly sympathize with you.
