[BW Meter] Suddenlink data allowanceI hit my first data allowance message this week. I was never told by suddenlink when I signed up that they had a data cap. There is no reason for them to have a data cap. Then I see the hypocrisy of they CEO in the commercials touting the speed upgrades. All this is going to do is cause people to hit their data cap quicker. People will start to use netflix and other streaming services to find out they have hit their data cap. |

Don't have to be told, it's on the terms of service you signed when you got service.
A good reason for them TO have data caps is to increase revenue while metering is unregulated. |

You seem to be under the impression data caps were always in place. Fact of the matter is they weren't and no one is told of these changes until they get their first warning. |

Not under that impression at all. Not to terribly hard to keep up with the ToS for a service I use. |
