[HSI] Charter Internet issues again...

I have the Arris modem, few months ago I had this issue and it went away for couple months and its back again.. (»[HSI] Charter Internet connection keeps dropping.)

The same thing is happening again, T3 timeouts...they replaced my modem few months ago...time to contact charter again? I think its more of a connection issue than a modem.

Yes. Could be upstream noise or something downstream-related. Really hard to tell, especially if it's the upstream, with any information you can get from the Arris' diagnostics (if any).

They will be able to tell you instantly... they also check signal (snr) at the node.

What about the "Status" page. The signal levels can be a bit more helpful.
