[Connectivity] Uplink Power seems really High, Any way to get it lowered? My uplink power is always 52-54Dbm, and it seems to be the cause of some issues throughout the years. Is there any way to get suddenlink to fix it? Is it a line issue more than not?(former northland area) |

You in a house or apt? How many splitters are in the path? It would be best if the modem runs off the first 2 port splitter. Make sure all cables on every device is tight. Can you test your signal with no splitters at all? Give us more info on your set up and other devices on cable. |

House, It goes straight form the Pole into the cable modem inside, no splitters at all. Use the Arris modem suddenlink provides, Use our own router. The Upload Power jumped to 56dbm just now. Ive called and they say everything is fine. |
