Good results using ISB7005 as bridge

I have not seen very many threads regarding people using the wireless receivers as a bridge back to the RG.

I was getting 2.5Mb/s up and down when connected to the RG's wireless and also when using my Cisco e4200 in IP passthrough.

Just to see how it would work I hardwired my laptop to the ISB7005 and now I am getting full internet bandwidth to my laptop. The next step is to connect a Netgear GS108 switch that I have laying around to the ISB7005 so I can also connect my mac mini and Xbox up with this faster connection.

Let us know if you get "up to" 45 meg on wifi when you connect it.

As previously stated I was only getting 2.5Mb/s connected to the MVG589 wireless.

I get the posted speeds when hard wired to the ISB7005 wireless TV receivers Ethernet port which is connected to the NVG589 via the provided Cisco WAP that is provided for the wireless receivers.

The ISB7005 is essentially working like a wireless bridge.
