said by hightech:Rogers provides a WIFI modem and I wanted to know if the WIFI can be turned off as I already have a good router (Netgear Nighthawk R7000)
The internal IP Address for the Rogers provided WIFI modem is 192.168.0.1
The user name: cusadmin
The pwd: password
And yes you can Bridge the Gateway which will turn off the wireless and routing functions which would then be handled by your R7000
After you've bridged the Rogers provided WIFI modem you may be able to access it at the IP 192.168.100.1 ---- BUT that may not work due to a bug in the firmware which will probably get fixed sometime in the near future.
