forwarding ports TPlink AC1750 not working some devices

so my rtn16 crapped out one day out of the blue and got this TPlink ac1750

i set up static ip's in the router for my main desktop (wired) and for 3 ip cameras (wireless- foscam, hikvision)

i set up port forwarding for the main desktop and for the ip cameras

(everything basically same as on the previous router)

except... the port forwarding doesnt seem to work for the ip cameras ... the ports look closed when checking with the outside port checker canyouseeme.org
only the ports related to main desktop work and are open with the canyouseeme
the ip cameras work fine in the local network

one of the hikvision was set up with upnp and it had created port forwarding automatically in the router but that didnt work either ! (i since turned that off and set it up manually but without luck)

never had this issue with a router before

Is it possible to get a screenshot of the IP and port forwarding(s) you've configured?

My initial 00000010bits

Seems okay to my old eye. Id be curious to know what GRC.com sees when you plug in the ports
to their Shields up checker.

Cant remember but you should be able to individually add the group manually (all the ports at once).
