[Internet] Cable modem: SB6141 vs SB6183?

For those familiar, is there any benefit in getting the Arris (Motorola) SB6183 over the SB6141 cable modems?

The sb 6183 is a 16x4 modem which theoretically supports 600 mbps which you can't reach 600 mbps real world. The sb 6141 is a 8x4 modem that theoretically supports 300mbps which you can't reach 300 mbps real world. The pro to get the sb 6183 is it benefits faster plans and helps congestion.

For now SB6141 is sufficient as it can do a total of 8 down stream bonded channels which is the max that BHN has at the moment. If you want to be future proof then sure get the SB6183 cause when we go beyond 8 bonded channels I for one will purchase the SB6183, but I'm going to hold out for the time being. The SB6141 works great for me right now

I meant congested node. For example it helps if your area is oversubscribe. I believe bright house uses 8 downstream. Also it future proof for higher speed. If BH releases a 300 mbps tier like TWC the sb 6183 can handle it.
