[TekTalk] Frustration w/tektalk continues...

Once again Tektalk is not working...
It's always the same thing!
People can hear us but we cannot hear them!

Wife is pissed off and rightfully soo!
Very frustrating...

Is there anyway (Teksavvy) you can fix this permanently?

I'm having the same problem; it just started tonight for the first time. After a quick google search, I can see we're not alone.

This same issue just started occurring for us today for the first time ever after about a year having TekTalk, Is there a widespread outage right now?

Widespread is correct. We are working at resolving it.

Something leads me to believe that although you may be part of the widespread issue now, your previous may not have been.

As far as I know, this issue only happened once recently other than this occurrence.

Have you done troubleshooting? How many times has this occurred for you?

Instructions on troubleshooting one-way audio would be awesome for everyone to have :^)

Sometimes its because you have 2 routers, but I'll let TSI chime in on what we should check.

Twice now in 2015...now and the other time Teksavvy confirmed they had a problem and fixed it.
When Can I expect the fix?

My tektalk down too. Happened last week for a bit and down for a few hours now. No ringer when dialing out. The other person can't hear me. I cant even dial the ATA. Try to receive messages by dialing *98 and nothing. magic jack zero issues !!

Andre, I see someone finally just updated the network status page saying 'some' tektalk customers are having one-way audio issues. My phone has been down for 2 plus hours. ( since i tried to call out anyway )

Yes. A few moments ago I posted on this thread that we were updating it. We are still collecting examples so we can fix the issue which is why it was not posted. However I asked it be posted regardless.

At this time, there is NO ETA and we are working on it.

1.) Confirm you have no other issues with your internet connection
2.) Which number you were trying to call, and approximate time of the call
3.) Which number was calling you, and approximate time of the call

Hi everyone,

We just made a network change a few minutes ago.

Can you test to see if you still have the one-way audio issue please? (An ATA power cycle or reset should not be required.)
