Apple → Facetime Auto Launch

So it seems for some stupid reason the behavior has changed. It use to be when someone called my iPhone it would ring on my laptop but just show up as a notification I could answer. Now it automatically launches Facetime and activates the iSight Camera. Which is more so annoying for the fact that it's just creepy and that I don't want to accidentally accept the facetime video call. The calls that come in arent even facetime calls they're regular phone calls for example from Telemarketers. So not that it really matters as it cant establish a video call in that case I'd like this activity to stop.

I do not want to disable the ability to make or pickup calls on my laptop I just want it to function like it use to where it would just show a notification and not auto launch facetime.
