[WIN7] Computer comes out of sleep randomly.

Windows 7 Pro - 64bit
Asus P7P55D PRO mobo
Asus VW266H monitor
AMD HD 7950 GPU

Has anyone had the problem where you will put your computer to sleep, and then 5-20 min later it will wake up and be at the Windows login screen? I have the PC connected to monitor with a DVI-D, and a HDMI from PC to a LG TV. Is it possible the HDCP handshake is causing PC to awaken? Is it a setting somewhere? It could just be small vibrations moving the mouse, and thus the cursor, but it didn't start happening until about a week ago.

I did, just disabled it. So guess I will see if the problem returns. Thanks!

Also, any idea where the magic packet is coming from? Is there a log of it anywhere?

It would most likely come from a server or another device that needs your computer as a resource.

Another thing to check is if media sharing is enabled. That could wake it up also.
