[Internet] Download speed trickles down to 0 mbps and constantly needs a reboot

I am having some issues with the download speed constantly dropping down from my 50 mbps purchase speed until the modem requires a reboot. After a reboot, the speeds are fine until it repeats the same situation. The upload speed seems to be unaffected. However, many times the speedtest even fails to run completely.

My modem is the SB6121

looks like you are dropping channels on the downstream side and channel 2 snr isn't good you generally want over 33snr. I would check the lines to see if any lose lines. If there isn't get a tech out.

3 download channels isn't good, that should be at least 4. Either your modem is bad, or the incoming line is horribly bad. Since it works again for a while after a reboot, I think the line coming into your house needs to be checked.

Get a tech out, and they will test the line from where your modem is to the outside and up the pole. They should be able to fix it.
