Can anyone help me decipher my cable modem logs? I have a customer-owned SB6141 and it won't get an IP address when first turned on...until I call TWC and they do an SNMP reset. They say it's my modem and need to buy a new one, but they won't look at the log errors. I have attached the log file (and redacted my modem mac address). If it was my modem then why does it work after TWC tech does an SNMP reset? Any help would be appreciated.
