Board/investors had enough of Verizon's junk "assets"?

Perhaps the board and/or investors have had enough of her buying Verizon's junk "assets". Maybe they are looking to the future and realizing their current strategy is going nowhere.....

You can't do tasks such as buying assets like that without the board's approval..

But yes, I hope things change for the better (TX FIOS user here)..

Re: Board/investors had enough of Verizon's junk "assets"?

Think of Frontier as the naive buyer of an off-lease car that was never maintained from Carmax. They overpaid for the car and bought an expensive service contract (unions), and now they have to take the car and run it into the ground to try to sweat the assets. So essentially Frontiers footprint will be 1990 Corollas before they are done... They may invest in wipers and some off color brakes, but man this is basic transportation. No Google Mercedes here...
