STOP Deactivating My Sports PassDear Vz- Please stop deactivating my sports pass channels. There is no reason this should keep happening. |

Insanity. I never saw anything so stupid. It's causing more calls into customer service. Is that what they want? |

The only reason I noticed was b/c I had the guide set to "Subscribed Channels" and I noticed a bunch in the 800's were missing. It's ridiculous. |

I hate this when it happens too. I have to make sure I never miss any Cricket action! |

Watch a channel in the sports pass for at least 5 minutes every 30 days and you will not have that problem. |

Why should anyone have to do that? It should never go away. What if this website deleted your account for inactivity after a few days? |

I believe Hotmail and Yahoo Mail deactivate your account if you don't log in for 30 days. It's to prevent abandoned accounts. In this case I don't know the reason. They probably save money in subscription fees from people that never watch these channels. |

No one should have to tune into HBO, or Showtime, or TMC, or the Sports Channels, or anything else for that matter every day. They are included in the price you pay and should be there anytime you want access to them until you renew your deal with them. No one should have to go thru hoops calling customer service or reactivating their channels that they already are paying for and are included in our bill. Tired of Verizon's underhanded tactics so that they could pull a fast one on the content providers. If they want to pay the providers for less days that we watch the channels, then deduct the days we don't want them from our bills. It works both ways! Verizon doesn't want to pay the providers for unused days but they want to get paid from us for unused days. And the most sickening thing of all is, we all know why they are doing it. Multimillion dollar company trying to nickel and dime here. |

Actually a couple of weeks ago, I had to do this same thing. For me, though, it seems that I can get every channel that the sports pass has, ( like BeiN , Fishing , etc ) except that the ONE channel I tune to, shows the splash screen. The first time i tune to it in a while.
That said channel is Universal Sports. I always seem to have to re-activate it, every so often.
Now, I do not know if I say, tune in once a week for a couple of minutes, will I still see that Splash screen again? IDK. |

I had to reactivate last night even though I know I watched a sports channel in the package within the last week.
It really is annoying. When they do this, do they refund any money? Nope. |
