3gp video files?I have windows 7 64 bit sp1. Any idea why I am not able to play 3gp video files from a smart phone? |

Most likely you don't have the necessary codec installed. |

And for the future I would see if there is an option to change the video type in the phone. I know mine dumps out MP4s.
But I second VLC it is the goto when you do not know if it can be played, Because odds are it can play it. |

If that is the case and you want to use any other player that did not work you need a codec pack.
