[Internet] Bell Fibe - Sagemcom

Hey guys,
Recently, I was adding some exceptions to port forwarding on my Sagemcom Bell modem. It disconnected a few times, which I found odd, but seemed to work well beyond that. Fast forward to today, my PC does not even connect the network, and remains "identifying" with my modem. This is a wired connection as well and NOTHING was changed beyond adding the port forwarding. I tried power down resets and flush DNS, nothing has worked. It seems to connect to the internet and network for a little bit, then when attempting to access a webpage, instantly gets sent to "identifying" once more. Any ideas? I use this device for work, so I kind of need it urgently.

Did you accidentally turn off DHCP? Try assigning a LAN IP manually and accessing the Sagemcom

It's still the same, I didn't alter anything on the DHCP page.
How would I go about doing that? Do I just enter any sort of IP onto the ethernet adapter settings?
I should note, I do try accessing the HUB page and it loads with just a blank page on that one PC.

For reference, I was looking at these posts: »[Internet] Sagemcom 2864 port fowarding no longer working?!?!

Rigor mentioned a "dual login" which may be happening with me.

I think the Sagemcom assigns IP's under the range 192.168.2.X So under the Ethernet adaptor enter 192.168.2.125 for the IP (or something similar) , 255.255.255.0 for the mask and 192.168.2.1 for the gateway.

Out of curiosity, what ports did you forward?

Just tried it, while altering the IP a bit. All result in just a blank page being loaded when using the browser entry to access the modem.

Steam related ports and one relating to some game servers. Do you need specifics? Would it really matter if I disabled them currently?

If you forwarded 53 you might not be able to resolve sites. I would just do a reset on the Sagemcom at this point.

You are suggesting a factory reset yes? Will this alter any Fibe TV settings for recording?
