I decided to try the chat to do a modem swap.. but somehow even though the agent said they could do it which surprised me..
They initiated it but screwed it up.. (aka it didn't work.) I had to call in.. and finally they did the swap over the phone
right.
So who can I email or send notice too about this support screw up..? I'd like to report so in theory they
fix it and it doesn't happen again
