[DSL/WIFI] disconnected one time per weekHi,
I m new customer (2 weeks) and experiencing some trouble with wifi. All devices are not able to connect to Wifi, it happens during the night every saturday night during 2 weeks. Very disappointed! I have to reboot the modem every time to recover the wifi connection. SSID of my network appears, but not able to connect. I tried different parameters in security connection tab of the modem (modem from electronic box), however this morning : same issue.
How to fix that ? 95% of my time i use Wifi, so that s not an option for me.

It s a SmartRG SR505N rented with Electronic Box.
My wife told me it happened during the day in the middle of the week as well.
That kind of issue happened in the past with Bell. Finally they changed the modem router with an another model to solve the problem. Bell tech told me the modem was not able to provide enough for my home devices. ( PS3+2 smartphones+2 tablets+1 laptop ).

If the router is rented from ebox I suggest you contact them for support as EboxRon suggested. |
