Charter Spectrum → [CATV] Charter business and online TV question

Does anyone know if Charter Business TV includes WatchESPN and WatchDisney Channel?

I am discussing business service with a rep via email (who has been very helpful) but this was one area he was not sure of but thought it was not available

Online TV probably won't be available to business customers as it uses your @charter.net email address for verification.
