i'll give a big 2 thumbs up to TSI and specifically a rep who helped me on the direct forum. as a customer for 5.5 yrs, i'm still happy to be with TSI. the rep figured out what was wrong and it was something i installed which created the problem.
another isp would've refused to help out; in less than 10 minutes with teamviewer he figured out what the problem was. professional, good mood, very friendly.
as a customer, what more could i want. |

The key is to retain the good techs. I used to call monitor, train and coach techs at a call centre 15 years ago for a very large company and trying to promote the good techs can be hard and the newbies we get are know it alls who are just full of themselves.
Thankfully, I have NEVER had a tech at TSI who is like this and that is a very nice thing. I have a very low tolerance to BS and techs who are fishing but have no idea where to put their cast if you know what I mean. |

You all give the impression of a small mom and pop shop your there for your customers friendly etc. Here it is yeh well need i even say. Even as a 30 year customer of twc (well me and my parents having it in the same house) And yes they will cut good deals beyond what they make generaly avail.. Their customer support still sucks.
I see so many of this forums posts in hot topics on the front page etc.
So yeh you all need to get down here where i am in ohio that or i need to move to where your are one or the other lol |
