Guide data is not available

Getting this since yesterday afternoon in VHO 01. Anyone know what's going on. Says

"our guide data system is currently down. We are actively working on this issue to resolve it as quickly as possible"

I'm in VH01...in FL and haven't seen that. Must be an isolated local issue where you are.

I live in Carrollton and there are no guide issues here. Have you rebooted the set top box and power cycled the router?

I've noticed no problems where I am (NJ) until I decided to see what's available to record on the premium movie channels the weekend of April 11. By Monday night guide data would be available to the second weekend. However, it ends Monday morning, April 6.

Update: this morning the guide data disappeared. Rebooting the box by having a signal sent to it fixed the problem.
