Unfamiliar DNS server

I ran a test using the DNS router checker listed in the security forum. It listed by DNS server at 199.224.80.43 which is located in PA. Doing a trace router it resolves to resolve08.dlls.pa.frontiernet.net [199.224.80.43]. My normal DNS server resolves to dns1.anycast.frontiernet.net [74.40.74.40]. Anyone familiar with this Frontier server or is it a server used by the DNS servers.

It is part of the Frontier Anycast DNS System(74.40.74.40). That is the server your dns queries actually are received by & which response to your dns queries. The particular server which recieves & responds to your queries will be different depending on where you are in the Frontier network.
