[CFL] Help! Unable to get any channels on my Tivo (Altamonte Springs)

Hi all,

I just switched from Comcast to Brighthouse and they cannot seem to get my Tivo HD 3 working. No channels are coming through, just a black screen. On channels I am not subscribed to I get the 'channel not available' message. I have tried with just the Cable card and also added a tuning adapter to see if that would help but it didn't. Brighthouse cannot find anything wrong on their end. Are there any tips or ideas that I could try?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
