[MO] Modem Log No Internet

My internet has been slowing down every evening (like clockwork) to the point that I cannot load any webpages. Short, 2 minute videos will not load or play. I'm posting my modem log for your review. It contains a lot of 'critical' and 'T-3 time-out' notices.

Can you tell me when I can expect to be moved to a less congested server (DNS change?) for speed improvement and to receive somewhat close to what I'm paying for... or at the very least have a tech that knows what they're doing, fix the upstream/downstream/coax/splitters/transformer/cable/server/connections!! Thanks!
(How many times in a year am I supposed to have new cable and ends replaced before Mediacom will admit it is on their end.)

"The T3 timeout error, its all about the condensed lines" (Upgrades x A very good line person or a tech who will take the time to check ALL connections down the line till they find the problem x loosen the lines = no more drops in speed.)

No UCD's received. Time-out

Explanation: The cable modem has not received any periodic Upstream Channel Descriptor (UCD) messages from the CMTS within the timeout period. This error message is DOCSIS event message is U01.0, Upstream Channel Descriptor.

Recommended Action: Check the RF plant for cabling and connector problems that could be generating noise on the downstream. If using a Cisco CMTS, you can use the show cable flap-list command to determine if other cable modems on the upstream are having problems. You can also use the show interfaces cable upstream command and examine the noise, microreflection, and uncorrectable error counters to determine the level of noise on the upstream.
