Microsoft → Email link to Newegg Problems

Email links to Newegg specials recently stopped working in Hotmail and Yahoo mail for IE8, Mozilla Seamonkey and Firefox in both WinXP and Win8.1 on a dual boot system. IE8 hesitates for a while and finally displays message "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage." Seamonkey and Firefox show "about:blank" in the address window for a while and then displays "Connection Interrupted. The Document contains no data." Following the delay for IE8, Seamonkey and Firefox they all show »click.email.newegg.com/? ··· 2c7c5bfe in the address window, but displays only the error messages for all 3 browsers.

I've tried deleting cookies and allow cookies for this site, but the problem persists for all 3 browsers. What could cause this problem, and how might it be fixed?
