having some issues with phone service can these stats support our speed?

Yeah off the 510 last year there was improvement, you can be down all the way to 1.5M and still have VoIP. What types of issues are you experiencing? You're taking several CRC errors there but the noise margins look great for IPDSL.

the internet will intermittently stop for a moment then start again. the phone will work most of the time but it will occasionally "not call out" for no reason. those crc and fec errors were in a 1 hour range! our dsl we had speed issues like this.

Off the modem stats alone I'm not seeing anything that points to any obvious issue. I recommend emailing the social media team at attcustomercare@att.com where they can use some better tools to look at the line and help point you in a better direction from there.
