Thanks for all the good input. I haven't personally seen a need for such a long reset but obviously several of you have. Hey, it can't hurt to hold it for an hour I'm sure! Maybe your hand...

I'd like to note I do this as a prudent measure on every firmware upgrade religiously. Something about initializing configuration memory makes me feel better.

Please continue to add success and even failures to this thread.
