Anon | Tech Support Rocked! CapuNet is on top of the game when it comes to tech and cust. support! I had an outage for a few days (probably due to Covad or BellAtlantic). CapuNet stayed on top of the issue, kept me informed and best of all was available 24x7 to speak to a tech about my issue and status. They work very hard to keep you happy! A+++ for CapuNet. BTW...I also have a FLASHCOM dsl line to my house...as long as you never have to call FLASHCOM, yer cool, otherwise they SUCK! Hope this helps! GO CAPUNET!!! |
